Using the original Play Music Theory?
The original product and this playground have separate save systems. The creator’s web instrument advertises WAV and MIDI export in its upgrade. Use Original creator’s web instrument ↗ or the Official App Store listing ↗ to check the current version and purchase terms. We do not unlock the original app’s paid features, convert its proprietary projects, or offer its downloads.

Download a backup
Open Save & export above the canvas and choose Editable project. Save the downloaded JSON somewhere you can find again. Later, choose Import project in the same panel. Importing replaces the current drawing after confirmation.
Projects are limited to 1 MB, 96 strokes and 256 points per stroke. Invalid or oversized files are rejected before they replace your drawing.
Local drafts are convenient, not permanent
This site keeps one draft in this browser when storage is available. Editing another drawing replaces that draft. Clearing browsing data, switching devices or using a private session may make it unavailable. The footer of the editor reports whether a draft was saved or storage failed.
Share an editable snapshot
Create share link encodes a snapshot in the URL fragment. Anyone with the entire link can open the drawing and read its title. Later edits do not update old links. Detailed projects may be too large for a link; use a project file instead. Do not include private information in a title or a link you post publicly.
